Waiting for a Fire That Never Comes
Six hydrants, one wall, no fire. I love how the city paints its most functional objects in its loudest colour and then forgets about them. Line them up against black tile, let a bit of neon leak in from the corner, and suddenly the fire brigade's plumbing looks like a sculpture installation. #streetphotography #firehydrant
